A Practical Exercise in Forgivenss

Forgiving people who have hurt you can be really hard. We put pressure on ourselves to ‘just let go” and “get over it”. What you might be missing is actually a Practical Exercise in Forgiveness! Putting pen to paper, with some guided prompts can help you through the process. In this episode, you’ll learn what forgiveness is, how to take a personal inventory of your past hurts and then how to use that inventory with a few guided questions to come to a place of forgiveness. Give yourself, your spouse and your kids the gift of forgiveness. The formula is waiting for you right here in this episode.
