Forgiving people who have hurt you can be really hard. We put pressure on ourselves to ‘just let go” and “get over it”. What you might be missing is actually a Practical Exercise in Forgiveness! Putting pen to paper, with some guided prompts can help you through the process. In this episode, you’ll learn what forgiveness is, how to take a personal inventory of your past hurts and then how to use that inventory with a few guided questions to come to a place of forgiveness.
